Reliable Diesel pioneered India’s Diesel Generator, IT Telecom enclosure and Acoustic enclosure industry. Our Engineering Resources Center provides design and engineering facilities supported by Pro-E, and other design tools, for designing its products.
With a total of 40,000 sq ft of fully-equipped modern manufacturing space in India, we have the capacity to manufacture up to 10,000 DG sets and 36,000 enclosures cases each year.
Reliable Diesel’s manufacturing facilities at Faridabad are equipped with state- of-the-art CNC Turret Presses, Press Brakes as well as matching equipment for surface preparation and decorative finishes. All operations are controlled in-house through a full-fledged Computer Aided Manufacturing system.
With a 20-year-old tradition of innovative manufacturing, we have added a state-of-the-art Powder Coating Plant, which includes a environment-friendly spray pre-treatment process.
